Upload limit for Bronze plan reached

    Bom dia, Prezados.

    Novamente nosso formulário foi desabilitado por falta de espaço. Nós excluímos as respostas e arquivos antigos, para liberar espaço, mas continham informando que não temos espaço. Você poderia resolver este problema?

    Informo ainda que todos os meses estou enfrentando este problema, entendo eu passar do limite, porém toda vez que faço a exclusão preciso de uma liberação do sistema, o que para minha atividade.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    I checked your account, and your upload space is currently at 1.01 GB. Please keep in mind that the Bronze account has a limit of 1.00 GB. When you reach this limit, your form will be disabled, and you will be unable to receive submissions. After deleting the submissions, you'll have to purge the submission or delete the Trashed Entries. This deletes the submissions forever. Let me walk you through it:

    1. In Submissions table, select the 3 vertical dots.

    2. Click on Move to trash.

    3. Go to trashed entries.

    4. Purge all the submissions.
