Bom dia, nos contratamos 250 fichas mes porem o mes virou e não foi liberado espaço poderia verificar o que esta acontecendo ?

Now, coming back to your question, I checked your account and can confirm that you're still within your account limits, and I was able to access your forms. Take a look at the screenshot below:
I would advise clearing your form caches to see if the issue persists. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the window that opens, click on Settings.
3. In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom and click on Clear Cache. And that's it, you're done.
