Now, let me help you with your question. I've reviewed your ENCONTRO DE MULHERES SAF 14/09/24 form and found the form is disabled from settings.

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. In the Form Settings window, click on Disabled in the Form Status option.
3. In the window that opens, click on the Downward Arrow icon and select Enabled, click on the Save button in the bottom right corner of the window. That's it, you're done.
