Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your concern. Currently the upload usage is not over the limit, and the forms seem to be working. If you deleted submissions with uploads earlier, it's possible that the system took a little while to update the usage limit after the submissions had been deleted.
