Olá, meus 2 formulários não está disponivel para receber resposta, informando que a quota de resposta já se esgotou, mas como já estamos no mês de setembro, posso receber novamente respostas. Mas ainda consta como indisponível. É possível ativar novamente ?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese , let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now going back to your question, all the monthly limits reset on the first day of each month. I have refreshed your account limits, so it should be working now. We also have a guide about Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits that you can check out.
