Minha conta foi suspensa e eu não sei o motivo.
Talvez seja por causa da senha que meu formulário pede, mas é somente a senha que meu usuário terá para acessar o bot que ele comprou de mim. -

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
As for your issue, your account was suspended because you’ve got a form named Cadastro de Cliente that’s breaking our Terms of Use by collecting login credentials.
If you agree to follow our Terms of Use and let us delete the offending fields on your form, we can go ahead and lift the suspension on your account.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with this.

Okay, I'll do it.
But these credentials are only for the app i created specifically for this client.

We've successfully deleted the offending fields on your form and reactivated your account, so you can access your account again. To prevent this from happening, avoid using words that may indicate the collection of sensitive information, as it's again our Terms of Use.
