    Pessoal,

    A nossa integração feita com vocês não está funcionando corretamente, atrapalhando o fluxo de trabalho.

    Recebemos autorizações e/ou preenchimento do formulário do link do jotforms e no momento da aprovação o jotforms não está completando a tarefa de enviar as informações por e-mail. O processo começou com lentidão, mas agora parou de vez. Precisamos de um retorno com urgência.

Our Portuguse Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, we have been informed that the developers have fixed this known issue. You should now be able to receive emails as usual.

    Hi fernando.vargas.br,

    Are you referring to the approval email of your Formulario de Entrada Atual form? If so, I checked its Approval Flow, and found that the Email Notifications for the Approval has been turned off. If that's what you are referring to, here's how to update it:

    1. In Form Builder, click Settings from the top navigation bar.
    2. Select Approval Flows from the left menu.
    3. Click the Pencil button of the Approval.

    1. Click the Gear icon of the Approval Element.
    2. Turn on the Notification Emails.

    o fluxo de aprovação esta funcionando, porem o e-mail com o formulário e anexo esta demorando para chegar.


    não tem de 1 fluxo em especifico, são de todos.


    ficou instável apos a alteração de senha do e-mail

    Hi Fernando,

    Does the issue on email with the form and attachment that is taking a long time to arrive, happening from all of your forms? If no, can you share with us the link to the form in question so we can take a look at it and try to replicate the issue on our end?

    Sometimes, this type of issue may resolve itself, particularly if it's temporary or due to a brief delay caused by high traffic on the email server. However, if the problem persists, it's advisable to contact your email service provider. You can try to request to whitelist Jotform's email addresses to ensure prompt delivery of all legitimate emails. This step will help ensure that emails sent by Jotform are promptly recognized and accepted by your email service provider. Check out our guide on Whitelisting Jotform IP Addresses and Domains for more information.

    Additionally, to improve reliability, you can configure SMTP for your Jotform account. By configuring SMTP settings, you can use your SMTP server as the Sender Email in Notification Emails. We also have a guide that you may want to check out about How to Set up SMTP for a Form.

    For now, I cleared your form's cache on my end as a form of basic troubleshooting. If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
