Boa tarde, necessito de ajuda urgente, está havendo algum problema com a atualização dos meus formulários, este formulário https://www.jotform.com/pt/build/242338054064048 não possui uma 5 página, no entanto quando vou em visualizar formulário, demonstra uma 5º página que foi excluída:
A página abaixo não existe na estrutura do formulário, aparece apenas na visualização:

I just wanted to remind you that I'll be helping you in English using Google Translate because our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, and you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. But, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on. I went ahead and cleared the form cache to see if that helps resolve the issue. You can clear the form cache on your end as well. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the window that opens, click on Settings.
3. In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom and click on Clear Cache. And that's it, you're done.
