Planilha Google: Não está funcionando

Temos vários preenchimentos no formulário mas não aparecem na planilha vinculada. Nos testes funcionaram, mas agora não funcionaram.

Now, coming back to your question, Please note that If you made any changes to your integrated Google sheet directly, it could break the integration, and it might stop sending submissions to your sheet. To fix this issue, please try to reintegrate your Google sheet again to see if the issue will be resolved. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
2. In the Settings menu, click on the Integrations option on the left side of the screen.
3. Select the Google Sheets integration.
4. Then, click on Remove Integration and then Yes, Remove!

Now, let's connect the Google Sheets Integration again:

1. In Form Builder, circle back to Settings at the top of the page.
2. In the Settings menu, click on the Integrations option and Google Sheets integration again.
3. Now, select and connect your Google account.
4. Select an option.
5. Choose your form fields.
6. Click on Save, and that's it, you're done.
