API DE FOTO E VIDEO

Vocês teria a conexão com alguma API vinculando câmera igual WhatsApp que ESCOLHE  

tirar foto OU vídeo, que a foto da api possa ser tirada na hora do formulario?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, we do not have a direct integration with WhatsApp; however, we do provide Jotform API via which you can fetch submissions and use any third-party app like Zapier, Make.com, or Pabbly Connect to send them to WhatsApp.

While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. 

I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developer Team. When or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

instead of 1. recording video 2. saving 3. going back to Jotform 4. find video and attach

our PROPOSAL will be = 

1. filling out the form, when Mobile CAMERA opens the person choose if will send a PHOTO or will send a VIDEO

No need to save, find and attach video after...

You can take the picture while filling out the form using the Take Photo Widget. Let me show you how to add it to your form:

1. Open your form in Form Builder and click on Add Form Element.
2. Click on the Widgets tab then search for the Take Photo Widget.
3. Click on it to add it to your form.

To take a video while filling out the form you can add the File Upload element. Let me show you how to add it to your form:

1. Open your form in Form Builder.
2. Click on Add Form Element.
3. Under the Basic tab scroll down and click on File Upload.

When your clients fill out the form on their mobile devices, they will have the option to take a video and upload it to the form. Take a look at the screenshot:

Teria uma opção pra gravar no jotform mesmo? Sem que o paciente precise sair do formulario ir na camera gravar e depois fazer o upload?

You may consider using the Ziggeo Video Recorder widget. However, this would require creating an account from them, in order to supply to Jotform the Application token, for connection. I'm not sure if they offer free use of the service, but if not, then you'll have to purchase a subscription from them. You can check their website here.

If this is not ideal for you, then the only option for form fillers to record a video and upload it, is using the file upload field that my colleague suggested.
