Hello Negocioscorporativos,
I just wanted to remind you that I'll be helping you in English using Google Translate because our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, and you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. But, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, to limit who can access your form and prevent views, change its accessibility from Public to Private. Let me still show you how to change your form's accessibility to Private and assign respondents to fill it out:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Quick Share.
- Then, click the Gear icon to open the Access Settings, then change the Access Settings from Public to Private on the pop-up window.
If you have set your form to Private mode, please note that the respondents who will fill out your form have to be invited by email to fill it out as shown below:
If you share your private form with respondents who are not invited, they will receive a message asking for your permission to access the form.
If you share the private form with respondents who do not have a Jotform account, they will be required to sign up for a Jotform account as well as request your permission to complete your form.
We also have a guide about How to Change the Access Settings of a Form and Adding Assignees to Your Form that you can check out.
Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.
