Hello,
I requested a student account a few days ago but have not yet received a response. This account is crucial for me as I will be coordinating an extension project involving over 100 students, which exceeds the limit of my current account.
Could you please expedite the process for activating the student account? I appreciate your assistance.

Regarding the submission limit with your current Free or Starter plan subscription, you can receive 100 monthly submissions. You can check out the pricing guide here for more information about the limits for each plan subscription type. To understand more about your account limits and usage check out the guide here. If you need more than 100 monthly submissions and applying for the educational discount, we checked our system and did not receive your application. Please make sure to send your educational discount application here.

Thank you for your response. I completed my registration using the link highlighted on the platform, where it clearly states that Jotform offers unlimited responses for students. The link I used for the registration is: https://www.jotform.com/pt/surveys/free-survey-for-students/apply/. If my registration did not go through, I am more than willing to provide all the necessary documents, such as ID, university declarations, and anything else required.
