    Now, coming back to your question, When I checked our system, I saw that your account was suspended because you’ve got a form named Blockchain investimentos global that was flagged as offering a fake service/job application scam. We understand this might not be the case with your form, but we had to act according to the general rule to comply with our Terms of Use.

    I’ve deleted the offending form and reactivated your account. You should be able to log in now. You can create the form again after changing your account email address to a corporate one.
