Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now getting back to your question, are you looking for another way of payment method on how to pay the subscription rather than using a Debit/Credit Card? Or, you're having trouble using your cards?
If you're having trouble using your Debit/Credit Card, I'll show you how to upgrade your account and enroll your payment method:
- In your account dashboard, go to Pricing.
- On the Pricing page, choose your subscription between Monthly or Yearly.
- Then click on your preferred plan.
- On the Checkout page, Choose Your Payment Schedule if it's Monthly or Yearly.
- Next to it, Choose Your Payment Method. You can either use Credit/Debit Card or you can choose to use PayPal.
- After choosing your subscription and payment method, make sure to check the tick box to agree on our Terms of Service.
- Then click on the Continue button.
- It will route you over to another Checkout page where you need to put your Card details. Put all necessary information of your payment method, then click on the Complete button.
That's it. Now, another way of a payment method, you can either use a bank transfer or check through invoicing. You can send your request at quotes@jotform.com, and our relevant team will send you all of the details that you need to know.
