Now, coming back to your question, Can you share with us a screenshot of the error that you have received? Upon checking, there is no known issue when generating a report.

Hello thainamelo156,
Thank you for sending us a screenshot of the error. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. I was able to create a report without any issues. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
Can you try it again and see how it goes? You may also try to log out and login and see if you still have the error. If so, kindly send us a screenshot of the console log by following the steps here.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

Can you try using a different browser, also I suggest clearing your browser cache which usually solve the issue?
Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll escalate this to our Developers.
