Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, please note that Jotform users with a Starter plan are only limited to 100 submissions per month. The monthly submission limit is per account and resets on the first day of your monthly usage cycle. On the other hand, I can confirm that you currently have a running 10 out of 100 monthly submissions. Once you exceed your limit, our system will automatically prevent your form from receiving new submissions.

A questão é que não fiz 100 envios neste mês.

Hi Erquias,
The reason behind this is that you haven't exceeded your 100 monthly submission limit for this month. In that case, you can continuously receive form submissions, since you're still not go over with your monthly submission limit. Please visit your account usage page to confirm your monthly limits. Let me walk you through it:
- On the My Forms page, click on your Profile/Avatar in the upper right corner.
- Select Settings from the options.
- Go to the Usage in the left corner.
- Under Monthly Usage, you can confirm your monthly Submission usage.
