Não consigo entrar na plataforma.

    Estou com um problema, estou tentando entrar na plataforma mas ele so fica carregando e não consigo acessaar nada, está desde ontem assim e preciso visualizar os contratos.

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your issue. I have gone ahead and clear the cache on our end to refresh the data. Can you Clear your browser cache too and try to log in again? Also, can you also try to log in in a different browser or device? If the same thing happens again, we'll investigate it more to see if we can figure out what's going on.
