Incrementing specific Unique ID widget

Olá, tudo bem?

Criei um formulário teste com o seguinte cenário: uma seleção única e dois identificadores.

O que eu gostaria é que quando o "SIM" estiver selecionado incrementar apenas a identificação única "SIM" e quando o "NAO" estiver selecionado incrementar apenas a identificação única "NAO", pois eu preciso de uma espécie de contador condicional e único.

Now, coming back to your question, unfortunately, the Unique ID widget is designed to increment every submission. We cannot create a condition to increment a specific unique ID only. I suggest if you want to track the number of each answers in your form, you can use the sorting feature of the submission table. Let me show you how:

1. Open the form's Submission Table.
2. Click on the three dots icon beside the name of the column you wish to see the summary of.
3. Select Group By.
