Will I still have the information from the Bronze plan when I return to the Free plan?

Hello! I am from Brazil

I would like to subscribe to the bronze plan with 1000 shipments, but if my plan ends after 30 days, what happens?

Will I still have access to my account with all the changes made?

The account will return to the free plan but will I still have the information?

I'm confused on this issue.

Hi Diego,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you decide to downgrade back to Starter (Free) plan after the Bronze plan, the forms and submissions you have during the Bronze plan will remain, but the Starter Plan limits will apply to your account, your account can only have 5 active forms and the remainder will be disabled. As for the submission data, it can only store 500 total submissions. Your old submissions may only be restored if you upgrade your account back to one of the paid plans.

You can also keep your information from the Bronze plan if you download or export the files in Jotform tables and in your account before downgrading back to the Starter plan. We have a guide on How to Download the Submission Files and How to Export All of Your Data at Once that you can check out.
