Olá boa noite!
Estou com um problema nesse formulário em específico. Este formulário é de um prêmio de inovação, onde as pessoas avaliam os projetos atribuídos á elas. Cada avaliação exige o preenchimento do formulário uma vez.
Uma das pessoas avaliadoras tinha 13 projetos para avaliar. Ele avaliou todos no mesmo dia porém só tem o registro de 2 destes projetos na caixa de envios. As outras 11 avaliações não foram registradas. Ele chegou até o fim dos formulários. E o e-mail de notificação 1 não foi enviado também, recebemos apenas os e-mails de notificação dos 2 projetos que estão presentes na caixa de envio.
As avaliações não registradas foram feitas no dia 01/08/24 entre as 06:30 e as 17:45.

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. I checked the email addresses in our email logs, and it appears that notification emails are sent from Jotform end. Please check this guide for a possible reason why you're not receiving email notifications. Also, please whitelist Jotform domains and IPs in your web/email host to ensure that all the emails sent to you will be received successfully.
I can help you change the Notification sender email address using Gmail SMTP. But before I do that, you'll also need to make sure that before setting a password for your app, you enable two-step verification. You can check out how to do that here. Once that's done, this is how you set up that email address:
1. Click here to sign in to your Google Account and access the App Password Generator.
2. In the list of available apps, click on Mail.
3. In the device list, click on Other.
4. Enter your Custom Name, such as Jotform.
5. Click on the Generate button.
6. *Copy and save the password to your computer.
7. Finally, click the Done button.
*It is very important that you save the password to your computer so you can use it again later. If you don't save it, you'll have to generate a new one again because Google doesn't let users view their passwords after they click the Done button.
Now, to add the Sender email:
1. Go to your My Account page, and click on Settings, or visit here directly.
2. Click on the Add Sender Email button.
3. Enter the following information:
- Email Address: {your email address}
- Hostname: smtp.gmail.com
- Port: 587
- Username: {your Gmail address}
- Password: {your Gmail or app-specific password}
- Security Protocol: TLS
4. When you're finished, click on the Send Test Email button to make sure that everything is working. If it works, click on the Add Email button. If not, please check the details again and correct any errors.
