minha conta esta bloqueada por cota excedente porem ja limpamos os anexos para diminuir liberar espaco e a conta continua bloqueada

Now, coming back to your question, Upon checking, you have used up all the available disk space you can utilize for your forms with the File Upload field. For the File Upload space, you can either upgrade to get more room or delete submissions with file uploads to free up space. Please note that you need to purge the deleted submission to free up your space.
