A integração do Salesforce não conecta.

    Olá, 

    Estamos tentando integrar um formulário do Jotform que tem a finalidade de prospectar leads e os mesmos refletirem no Sales Cloud da Salesforce.

    O problema está ocorrendo no ambiente de Sandbox: jhsforgid--uat.sandbox.my.salesforce.com

    Ao clicar em "integração" e selecionar "integração com a Salesforce", aparece o erro anexado no caso. 

    Conseguem ajudar?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, if you can share to us the link to your form so we can have a better idea of what's happening. Also, can you try clearing your browser's cache and try reconnecting the integration again? As a precaution, I have cleared your form's cache to refresh your forms. This normally fixes temporary issues.

    As soon as we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.
