Boa tarde.
Estamos com respostas nesse formulário, mas ao gerar o PDF as fotos não são carregadas em alguns casos, o que pode ser?
De exemplo, na imagem em anexo, o que marquei em vermelho gera sem a foto e o que marquei em verde, gera com a foto.

Hi Erika,
When I cloned and tested your form, I had the same issue. As a workaround, you can create a new document in the PDF Editor. Let me show you how to do this:
- In the Smart PDF Form Builder, click on the app menu tab on the upper left side of the page and select PDF Editor.
- In the PDF Editor, click on the New PDF button on the blue navigation bar on the upper left side of the page.
- Select Use Default Layout.
Now, let me show you how to download this new PDF in the tables:
- In the Jotform Tables, select the submission entry that you want to download.
- Click on the Download button in the upper right corner of the page.
- Select the New Document that you created.
Here's the result:

Entendi, mas precisamos que o PDF gerado seja no modelo original, como podemos resolver?

Hi Erika,
When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened to me, so I created a ticket about it and escalated this to our Developers.
Although we don't know exactly when it'll be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.
