Now, coming back to your question, your question is not clear to me. Would you like to calculate in form? Suppose you have added form elements in your form, you can add a form calculation widget to perform calculations. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
2. Click on the Widgets tab.
3. Search for the Form Calculation widget, and click on it to add. Let's label it as Total Score.
4. Click on the Wand icon.
5. Click on the Add Field button and select the form element that you want to use in the calculation.
6. Finally, click on the Save button.
