Now, coming back to your question, I checked your form and verified that the fields on your form are Short Text Properties only. I did notice, though, that you have a different form that you used to test the Barcode widget, both were edited at almost the same time. Can you verify that these are not the same forms you're looking for? If so, can you tell us more about the issue you're having? What were you doing when this happened? When was the last time you saw that the fields were Barcode widgets and not Short Text fields?
