Billing: Increased charge for Silver yearly plan

    Sou cliente da plataforma há 3 anos.

    No último mês, duas coisas me deixaram extremamente insatisfeito com o serviço.

    1o houve um erro de configuração que tomou 2 dias inteiros de uma pessoa do time para reconfiguração de todos os formulários (com a justificativa que um dos formulários que alteramos pudesse ter causado esse problema).

    2o nos últimos dois anos paguei 234 dólares por ano. Este ano, a cobrança foi de 348 dólares. Pensando num tempo de permanência, entendo que as condições para eu ficar, inclusive, deveriam ser menores, sendo que não há custo de captação de um novo cliente por minha permanência.

    Peço que esse valor seja revisto, por favor.

    Now, coming back to your question, I checked your account and saw that in the past two years, your subscription received the Welcome Silver Yearly Discount which reduced your charge to $234 per year. Unfortunately, this discount is no longer available, which is why the current charge is now $348. Please note that the $348 rate is a Legacy plan rate, which is lower than the standard pricing for Silver yearly subscriptions.

    You can check these invoices on the account. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Picture. 
    2. In the menu that opens, click on Settings to go to your Account Settings.
    3. Under Account Settings, click on the Billing tab, and scroll down a bit to the Invoices section
    4. Now, either click on your Invoice IDs to see the details or the Download icon on the right side of them.
