É possível realizar o preenchimento de algum formulário e quando enviar além de chegar no email cadastrado, a pessoa receber uma cópia do envio no email particular?

Now, coming back to your question, did you mean you wish to send a copy of your filled out form to the form filler's private email address as well as their registered email address? Is that right? Are you referring to the Autoresponder email? Then it is possible. Let me show you how:

1. Open your form in Form Builder, and in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Add Form Element. 
2. Select Email field twice, one is for their registered email and second one is for their private email.

Now let's add the Autoresponder Email twice, one if for the 'Registered Email' and second one is for the 'Private Email'.

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
3. Now, click on Add Email.
4. Then, select Autoresponder Email, and customize the options the way you want them, and you’re done. 

Follow the same steps twice to create for the both email field. If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more, so I can help you better?
