Now, coming back to your question, I understand that you want to change the email address on your account. In this case, make sure that the new email address is not linked with any Jotform accounts, otherwise, this will not proceed. Let me show you how it's done:
- Go to your Account Profile page.
- Access your account profile by clicking on your Avatar and selecting Settings. From there, navigate to the Account tab.
- To change the email, click on Edit.
- Enter the new email address then save the changes made by clicking the Save button.
