Now, coming back to your question. If you enable a custom URL on a form, you can use the custom URL to access the form, and the original URL will also work simultaneously. Unfortunately, the feature you are looking for is currently not available. The form ID is the unique identifier of a form, and the custom URL only masks the form ID with the username and slug. It is not possible to disable the original URL of the form.

Can we change the ID somehow? I need to renew the ID of the form, because the actual link are reaching people who doens't work with us anymore, we changed the intern process and this is important for us now.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the Form ID that was associated with the form. As a workaround, you can clone your form, and it will create an exact copy of the form with a different form ID. It is very easy to do. Let me show you how:

1. In My Forms and click Create Form in the upper-left.

2. Choose the Import Form option.

3. Select the the Clone your existing form option.

4. Select the form that you want to clone and click the Create Form button.

Although doing this will only copy the form fields and conditions, not the integrations you've made and informations submitted on the original form. We also have a guide here that you can check to learn more about this.
