Boa noite.
Está pra renovar as quantidades de respostas recebidas, mas acredito que antes disso vamos atingir o limite. Temos como antecipar a renovação ou contratar mais algum pacote de recebimento?

Now, coming back to your question, since you are currently on the Gold plan, this is already the highest regular plan tier that we have. The only option for you now is to wait for the counter to renew.
If you need to have a higher monthly submission limitation every month, you can check our Enterprise plan. To get more information, youcan contact our Enterprise Sales team by completing the Jotform Enterprise Sales Contact Request form. Once completed, our Enterprise sales team will be reaching out to you. Please check our Enterprise FAQ's page for more information.

You should be able to see this on your billing page. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Forms Page, click on your avatar.
2. Select Settings.
3. Chose Billing from the menu.
4. You should be able to see your Next Billing Date.

No print enviado na abertura do suporte, 24 de julho de 2024 às 19:47, já vi que nosso plano renova em 28/07, porém hoje é 25/07 e já estamos em 9974 de 10 000 utilizados.
Gostaria de saber se vocês conseguem antecipar essa renovação ou se conseguem adicionar 500 envios de Respostas até resolvermos o upgrade de plano.
Ficaríamos agradecidos.

Hi Erika,
Unfortunately, there is no option to adjust the reset period or manually add a submission limit. When you hit your limit, you have to wait for the counter to reset. If upgrading to Enterprise is not an option, another option for you is to create a different Jotform account and upgrade it if needed. We can also move your form and its data to the newly created account. Please note that if the form to be moved has submissions, it will be counted against the limit of the target account.
