Adding a link to a Date sublabel

Now, coming back to your question, you can add a custom link on your date sub label so once they clicked it, it will redirect to the page. Here is the sample label that you can use for testing:

That's it. You can now add a link on your Date sub label. You can also check my cloned form as a reference.
