Olá Bom Dia! Minha conta foi suspensa, gostaria de saber o motivo e como posso reativa-lá. Uso bastante o jetforms e para mim é o melhor. Tenho formulários importantes e gostaria de reativar minha conta. Por favor me ajudem.

Our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

Hi Rodrigo,
We've checked the account and found that the reason your account was suspended is because of the payment method associated with it. The account has been reactivated, and you can now log in. Please make sure to update your Jotform account's payment information to avoid this in the future. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile image on the top-right side of the page.
2. In the menu that comes up, click on Settings.
3. Next, go to the Billing tab.
4. Click on Change Credit Card.
5. Enter the details in the Credit Card Information window.
6. Now, just click on Update to save the changes.
