COMO CRIAR UM MODELO DE ORÇAMENTO PARA ENVIAR PARA ASSINATURA.

Boa tarde, gostaria de verificar se é possivel criar um Formulario para orçamento.

Nele preciso manter as clausulas prontas e deixe os campos variaveis como ( identificação do cliente) ( preço de honorários e forma de pagamento) para que eu possa preencher e após encaminho com as informações prontas para o cliente ter acesso e assinar que leu o documento e aceita a proposta.

Ideia é agilizar o processo do envio para eles.

Gostaria de criar do zero, é possível?

Now, coming back to your question, here is a link of the budget template you can check it out. You can customize it as per your requirements. Do note that you can use the prefill feature as well. But, prefill feature doesn't support the 'Jotform's Sign Automation and the input table'. Let me show you how you can use it:

• Open your form in Form Builder, and in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on the Publish button. That's it. 
• Choose Prefill, then use the Manual Prefill.
• Fill out the details on behalf of your form filler.
• click on the Top right side + Create button. Then share this link with your form filler, that's it.
• Select three vertical dots, and choose Send Invitation. That's it.
