Olá, minha conta está suspensa e não sei por que, por isso não consigo acessar ou editar meus formulários, você poderia resolver o problema?

Our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, Your account was suspended because you’ve got a form named Formulário that was flagged as offering a fake service/job application scam. We understand this might not be the case with your form, but we had to act according to the general rule to be in compliance with our Terms of Use.
For us to reactivate your account, we’ll need your permission to delete the offending form with data submitted to it. You can create the form again after changing your account email address to a corporate email.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with this.

Hi Marcos,
I deleted the offending form along with the data submitted to it. I also reactivated your account, and you should now be able to access it again and create your forms.
