Hello
I made a form using the "Configurable List Widget" and used some fields for name and email. I needed to create a way to send responses by email to the emails registered in this field, but for some reason it doesn't work, I imagine that when adding the recipient, it understands the entire question field as a single recipient.
Would you know how to get around this problem, if it is possible to make only a specific text box in this widget read as a recipient?

Hi Lucas,
I believe that you would like to send a customized email to the email address that the user enters the configurable list widget. If this is the case, you can use the Jotform Table's send email button and create a customized email message using an autoresponder email connected to the configurable list. However, this has to be done manually. Here's how to do it:
- On your My Forms page, choose your form and click on Submissions at the top of the page.
- This will take you to Jotform Tables, where you can see a list of all of your submissions.
- Click on Add a new column in the upper right corner.
- It will now show you a new page, and you need to click on buttons.
- Click on send email and next.
- Enter a column name, then next.
- Click on Autoresponder 4 for the configurable list widget, then create column.
Check out the screencast below to see my results:
If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more, so I can help you better?
As soon as we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.

Hello! Thank you for the support. But actually it doesn't work well.
I did all the steps above, but I still did not received any e-mail after I click to send it in the button.
I have these three e-mail options:
- "Resposta Gestão de Pessoas"
- "Resposta Tributário e Fiscal"
- "Resposta Inovação e Tech"
This form I'm working on is for registering for these three events.
The form works like this: when I click in the option to subscribe myself in the event "Gestão de Pessoas", it shows an version of a "Configurable List Widget" to put the data like name, enterprise and e-mail. And when I send the form response, the answer is the e-mail option that I created "Resposta Gestão de Pessoas".
The same when I click on the option "Tributário e Fiscal" and "Inovação e Tech", with their respective e-mails listed above.
Using the conditions with the three e-mails, when I use just an simple "e-mail" field works well and quickly.
But when I use the "Configurable List Widget" it doesn't send any of these. I try to use the method you sent me with the colluns, but it doesn't work too. I tested the send with e-mails with conditions, tested excluding all the conditions, all of them just using the field of "Configurable List Widget" as recipent, tested all the three e-mails in one send button, with and without conditions, tested one collum for one of the three emails and check manually, but didn't work too.
I also test with diferent e-mails registered on "Configurable List Widget" and none of them received the the response after I click in the button.
I was thinking if the e-mail sender can't understand the "Configurable List Widget" e-mail field as an valid e-mail because there are other fields in them, or anythink like this. But I need all the informations of the people who are included in the registering, and need the botton to add a row to include more people in the registering (with diferent type of fields and configures wich looks only exist in the "Configurable List Widget").
There are an alternative for this? Maybe with other widget that could be read by the e-mail send button rather than "Configurable List Widget", and one wich includes the row button and specific fields? Or maybe I messed up one of the configures inside the e-mails I created before and we could try another one?

Hi Lucas,
Have you tried using an Email Field instead? It's possible that it's not reading the email address correctly when you are using Configurable List because all of the answers in a Configurable List is considered as one field. Let me show you how to use the Email Field instead:
- In the Form Builder, click on Add Form Element.
- Under, Basic Tab select Email.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hello,
One of the tests I did before was using this field, and it works well, reason that I know the problem is not on the conditions or the e-mail that I made. But, as I said before, if I use only this element, I lose the "row button" option and can't include more than one single register by response, or at least I don't know a way to do it without ruined the user experience arround here. Our guests hates answer the register and we have been a lot of problems because of it, for this reason I was trying to make more functional for include more people in a single form.
Do you know any other way to resolve this two situations? Or suggestion to how to use the e-mail field in a way closer of the "add row button" (sollution by the "Configurable List Widget") instead only the field isolated?

Just an update: i tested create a Configurable List Widget diferent from the other fields of inscription to add a list appart of e-mails on this registration. But the send doesn't work too, even with only one e-mail registered. Untill now, only the simple e-mail field works, but I lost the inclusion of more e-mails regitrations. Do you have any suggestions for test?

Hi Lucas,
Based on what you need, you might find useful our Multi-line question element. Let me show you:
- While in Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
- Under the Basic tab, scroll down the list and choose the Multi-line Question.
- Now, just drag and drop it to your form.
- Click on Add a new field element and select Add an Email field.
For more details, you can check our guide on How to Display Multiple Questions in a Single Card.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any more help.

Thanks for the suggestion, but the multiliner does not provide a button for the user to add more information while answering the form. I think the solution is to use the standard email field. I will maintain the "Configurable List Widget" to collect names and contact information about registrants and add a separate email field to be the recipient responsible for receiving the form response email with the participation links.
I'll try it this way and I hope it works well, thank you everyone for your support!
