Como posso ter acesso múltiplo no aplicativo Jotform

Bom dia!

Para uma pesquisa, em que será contratado 10 pesquisadores, os quais trabalharão de maneira simultânea e com a mesma carga horária, será preciso contratar 10 acessos para a utilização do aplicativo? Ou deverá ser contratado 01 acesso, podendo baixar o aplicativo em 10 aparelhos telefônicos?

Now, coming back to your question, unfortunately, it's not possible to add another user to our Standard plans (Starter, Bronze, Silver, and Gold) and these plans are only individual, single-user plans. Only Jotform Enterprise users can add sub-users to their accounts. If you're interested in adding sub-users to your form, you can contact our Enterprise Sales team for more information here.

If that's not an option for you, you can simply add your team as collaborators for your form, tables, and form Inbox. You can check out our guide to Understanding Form Collaboration and also How to Share Your Jotform Tables and Collaborate. Jotform Tables enables you to share tables with coworkers or other members of your organization so that they can collaborate and help manage your form data. you can set your table as public, or private.

1. In Form Builder, click the Add Collaborators button at the upper right corner of the page.
2. Click the Copy Link button then share this with the person that you want and they will be able to access the form and edit it.
3. Also, take note that this Collaboration Link will expire after 3 days so you need to refresh the link by clicking the Refresh icon.
