Erro ao Login pishing

Boa noite

Estou tentando fazer um login com vocês porem esta dando erro de Pishing, é a primeira vez o qual tento fazer cadastro em seu site.

Apenas usei formulários ja existente como teste para entender o funcionamento do site de vocês

tentei com outros e-mails porem quando chega na aba de aceitar temos, também fica travado e não dar para continuar no botão de aceitar e finalizar termos.

por gentileza poderia em ajudar a ativação de meu cadastro para eu começar a trabalhar em novos projetos com vocês?
