Boa tarde,
Fui notificada pelas delegações do Chile, Espanha e Portugal que estão a receber leads que não eram destinados para esses países. As condições estão definidas no form mas temos clientes que selecionam por exemplo opção Portugal e o e-mail de notificação de mensagem está a ser enviado para outros contactos que não os definidos na condição. Conseguem ajudar?
Vou enviar em anexo print do form a mostrar que as condições estão corretas.

Now, coming back to your question, I understand that there has been some recent issues with conditional emails not being sent as expected for a form. Unfortunately, I couldn't see the screenshot you shared on my end. Can you try to send it again? We’ve got a guide here that’ll show you how to do that. If possible, please also share any additional information that you have about this issue. A link to the affected form or the Submission ID for any submissions that incorrectly sent emails would be very helpful for us when investigating this.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

Hello Lards,
I am experiencing some issues with one of my forms and would like to request your assistance in resolving them. Here is the link to the form that is having problems: https://form.jotform.com/240365361136350
The main issue is that the leads are falling into the wrong countries. I have checked the conditions in the form, and they all appear to be correct, which makes this issue even more perplexing.

Hi Stephane,
I can't test your form because some CSS you injected make it displaying a blank page, as shown below.
The same is happening with a clone of your form. After having removed the import theme declaration in your CSS code, even if some fixes still to be done in the CSS to make all fields displaying properly, I did a try, and I received the email as expected in the relevant recipient email address when selecting, as for instance, the country Portugal.
Can you fix your CSS code, and then make a new try?
Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.
