    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, getting back to your concern. Our Developer Team is aware of the issue, but they have solved the issue, so it should all be working fine now. Can you give it a try and see how it goes?

    When I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my result:

    As a precaution, I clear your form caches. Can you go ahead and try it again and let us know how it goes? If the same thing happens again, we'll investigate it more to see if we can figure out what's going on.

    Hello carolmacedohbk,

    I tested the same Jotform Sign template I'm assuming you also used, and was able to make changes. As seen in the screencast below, it didn't return the same error when I clicked on the "Save and Exit" button:

    But, if you're also unable to reply to this Support Ticket, the issue may not be related to Jotform Sign. Can you try using another browser, use another device, or connect your devices to another network? If your device is connected to a VPN, I recommend temporarily disconnecting and see if that resolves the issue.
