Como adicionar uma opção suspensa que inclua hiperlink?

Olá!
Gostaria de saber se é possível, fazer um formulário com menu suspenso, onde dentro desse menu existam várias opções de formulários, onde quando o respondente clique em um ele é direcionado para o formulário clicado, sendo possível reponder apenas o que ele clicou, conforme o modelo do formulário que enviei o link.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to have options that have hyperlinks which when clicked will redirect the customer to the page automatically. However, it's possible to create conditional logic to automatically show paragraph texts that include links to the related option, or redirect the customer to the form link conditionally.

I checked the link you have provided, and it seems that when you select an option from the dropdown, it redirects you to another page on the form. Just to confirm, do you want the users to be redirected to a specific page on the form when they choose an option from the dropdown? If so, that is possible using conditional logic. Using this, we can conditionally allow the user to skip to a page. But if you want the user to be redirected to a specific form depending on their answer, you can do that by using the Change “Thank You” Page condition. This will allow your users to be redirected to another webpage or form based on their answers. Let me show you how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
2. Select Conditions on the left side of the page.
3. Add a new Change “Thank You” Page condition.

4. Lastly, set up conditions. Here's a sample condition below:
