Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Unfortunately, we're unable to access your app list. Can you share with us the link to your App so we can check it out and see what's going on?
In the meantime, if your internet connection is stable, consider using a different device, or remove and add back the App to your mobile device and see how it goes.
