Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I just tested One Drive integration on my end and I didn't encounter any issues. Could you share with us more details of the issue? Did you encounter an error message? It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.
Also, please share with us the form URL of the form where the One Drive integration isn't working so that we can check it out.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

I tested your form and had the same issue, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. Although we don't know exactly when it'll be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.
