    Now, coming back to your question, since Jotform's subscriptions are set to auto-renew, charges can sometimes occur if the subscription isn't canceled before the renewal date. I see that you have already canceled your subscription, which means your account will downgrade to the Starter (Free) plan at the end of the billing cycle, and there will be no more automatic charges.

    To request a refund for the latest payment, open this link and complete the form. After reviewing your request, you'll receive an email from our team member.
