My form does not go to the external thank you page

estou enfrentando problemas com meu formulário, pois ele não funciona quando tento direcionar o lead para minha página de obrigado externa, ao clicar no enviar apenas fica carregando infinitamente

li em alguns fóruns soluções propostas para outros usuarios, porém nada, já tentei mudar para Iframe, já tentei remover os scripts do HTML, e não obtive sucessol

If the redirect does not work, it signifies that the browser does not allow pop-ups or redirects. This implies that after you submit the form, it will not open a new tab, and you will be stuck where the form is still loading. We kindly request your permission to make a test submission to your form. This will help us determine whether or not there is an issue with the form.
