Controle e gerenciamento de Protocolo

Boa tarde!

Tenho um site institucional, nele tenho uma área de denúncias onde as pessoas não são obrigadas a se identificar.

Estou precisando de um formulário, onde eu consiga utiliza-lo dentro do meu site e com controle e gerenciamento de protocolos.

Sendo assim, quando a pessoa enviar a denúncia através do formulário, na tela irá aparecer o número de protocolo, afim que ela anote esse número para uma pesquisa futura.

E também, que eu consiga dar uma tratativa nessa denúncia, afim de que, quando a pessoa pesquisar o número de protocolo gerado anteriormente ela possa visualizar a tratativa dada.

É possível realizar essas ações?

Yes, you can use Random value generator widget, to generate a random and unique protocol number. If you want the form user to know the solution given using the protocol number, You can create a Grid Listing Report with just the Protocol Number, Complaint, and Solution and then embed it on the form using the Iframe Embed widget. The form users can see all protocol number in the report, but they can search for a specific protocol number in the search bar at the bottom.

1. In the form builder, click on Add form elements and add Random Value Generator from the widgets tab.
2. Add a long text field to the form where the users can add complain details.
3. Add another long text field and make it hidden for the solution.
4. Rename the fields accordingly

Now you need to create a grid report, so that you can embed it on your form.

1. On the Reports page, click on Create Report on the left
2. From the Reports menu, select Grid Listing and select the form and click on next.
3. Next, select the name of the report and add the fields and click on create.
4. Now copy the report URL so that you can embed it in the form
5. 

Now go back to the form builder to embed the report on your form.

1. In the form builder, click on Add form elements and add an iframe embed widget from the widgets tab.
2. Add the URL of the report and click on Update.
