Boa tarde, existe a possibilidade de criar um formulário para gerir trocas de plantão? nessa caso, um usuários preencheria a data e periodo que gostaria de trocar com putro profissional. no entanot o sistema deveria colher a assinatura dos dois envolvidos. e após ser validade por uma chefia. Como funciona essas assinaturas? consigo vincular a uma assinatura digital valida com Gov ou serpro?

You can create Signable Documents that collect legal signatures with Jotform Sign. It’s easy to create a Signable Document. Let me show you how:

1. Go to your My Documents page and click on Create Sign Document.
2. Now, you can upload your own document, or you can use the Demo Document to test it out.
3. Then, you can add more documents, or you can just continue by clicking on the Create Signable Document button.
4. That will redirect you to the Sign Builder page.

After creating your document, you can let the system detect fields automatically by clicking on the Detect Fields button, or you can manually match your fields with elements by dismissing the pop-up message:

Once you've created it, you can set the signing order for your Jotform Sign Document Let me show you how:

1. Open your document in Sign Builder, and then click on Send in the green navigation bar at the top of the screen.
2. Click on Send Document to Sign, and toggle Signing Order to the On position.
3. With your mouse, click on, hold, and drag the Six Dots icon on the left side of the signers to put them in the order you want,
4. Now, click on Send to Sign and you're done.

Vim te auxiliar em português, como solicitado. Infelizmente, não temos nenhuma integração nativa com as assinaturas digitais Gov ou SerproID. Atualmente, a Jotform não é totalmente compatível com a ICP Brasil. Como apontado pelos meus colegas acima, a Jotform possui sua própria ferramenta de assinaturas eletrônicas, Jotform Assinaturas. O uso do Jotform Assinaturas já é legalmente vinculativo em alguns países, mas ainda não possui documentação para o Brasil. Apesar das assinaturas eletrônicas já serem amplamente aceitas no Brasil, indicamos sempre que verifique com alguma autoridade local a validade das assinaturas da Jotform para o teu caso.
