How to add barcode scanner to form?

Preciso criar um formulario de leitura de pacotes, mas para isso preciso de uma opção que me permita ler mais de um barcode dentro do formulario, todos os widgets de opções dinamicas não me permitem a leitura de codigo de barras.. Preciso dessa opção para completar meu formulario.

You can use our free Barcode Scanner widget which allows users to scan barcodes directly through your online form. Users can use their smartphone, tablet, or desktop camera to scan their item’s barcode or upload a photo. 

• Click on Add Form Element + on the left side of the page.
• Switch to the Widgets tab and search for Barcode Scanner.
• Drag and drop the Barcode Scanner widget into your form.

Ola, agradeço pelo retorno, mas gostaria de uma solução que permita o usuario a realizar a leitura de varios Codigos de barras... e ir adicionado dentro do formulario.

If I understand you correctly, you want to scan multiple barcodes, upon checking your form, named PDCM you already added multiple Barcode Scanner widget which is the best way to achieve what you want to do.

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more of what you're trying to do, so I can help you better?
