Account reached upload space limit of a free account

    Now, coming back to your question, I checked your account and I confirmed that you've reached your upload space limit. The upload space limit refers to the files uploaded by the users. If the user uploads a file to your form, then the size of the uploaded file will be counted in your upload space. For our Starter free account, you are allowed a maximum of 100MB of upload space. If you have deleted the submission, it will go to the trash. We need to delete it permanently to free up some space. It's easy to do. Let me walk you through it:

    1. Click the main tab’s vertical ellipsis icon.
    2. Select the Trashed entries option.

    3. In the Trash panel, select the submissions or tick on the Select All checkbox to mark all entries.

    4. Click the Delete Forever button.

    5. Finally, click Delete in the confirmation window to purge the marked entries.
