Faturamento: Reembolso pelo tempo não utilizado da assinatura anterior.

    Boa noite

    fiz uma renovação da assinatura com 50% de desconto

    Porem já tinha uma assinatura ativa até setembro de 2024.
    e agora, com essa renovacao, perdi esse periodo restante?


    Gostaria que esse periodo de assinatura só se iniciasse em setembro/2024 quando a atual assinatura se encerra

    Thanks for patiently waiting, we appreciate it. I just heard back from the Billing team informing me that they've refunded the unused time of your previous subscription. You can confirm that from this invoice.
