Esse espaço é para o formulário em si, ou para anexos inseridos e respostas?

Hi Victor,
Our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, Upload Space is the available disk space you can use, account-wide, for storing files uploaded on your forms. Upload space is normally used by the files uploaded through the File Upload Field in the form. When you are reaching the upload space limit, you can delete the old submissions and the upload space will be available again for new submissions.
I checked your account and can see that you've already reached your Upload Space Limit. As a free account, you are only allowed to have a maximum of 100MB of upload space. To free up your Upload space, you can delete form submissions with file uploads. But keep in mind that deleted entries are stored in Trash temporarily for 30 days. To free up your upload space, go to Trashed entries and purge your deleted submissions. Let me show you how to do that:
- On your submissions page, click on the Three Dots icon in the current table tab.
- Select Trashed Entries.
- Then it will open a pop-up window that shows all the deleted submissions' data and tick the checkbox to Select All option.
- Click on Delete Forever to delete them permanently.
You can also check out this guide on How to Delete Form Submission Data for more detailed information.
Also, to understand your account usage and limits, check out this guide on Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits.
Additionally, you may upgrade your account to increase your Upload Space limit, you may also check out our pricing page to know the benefits and limits of each plan.
Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.
